What does a visit to a dietitian look like:
What do meal plans include :
The nutrition plan is a detailed menu to be used for 14 days. After this time, a follow-up visit is recommended.
The menu and recommendations are determined individually. All diets are based on the principles of healthy and rational nutrition, supported by knowledge and experience. Each clinic patient is treated individually.
Diets arranged on the basis of blood test results, health status, analysis of body tests, caloric demand calculated by a nutritionist, physiological parameters, taste preferences.
What stabilization looks like:
After obtaining the appropriate effects of the diet or the decision to end the treatment - the dietitian performs a derivation from the diet - stabilization. This prevents the return to the state before the diet and the so-called effect yo-yo. Stabilization safely ends the dietary treatment. The duration of stabilization depends on the effects obtained and the duration of the entire treatment.
